Fulham Memories Wednesday Club is 1 hour 30 minutes of fun games and activities including chair-based physical activity.

Lunch at 1.30pm
Free, drop-in. Quizzes, games & chair based exercise followed by lunch for older adults. Supported by Fulham FC Foundation & Hurlingham Foundation. A guided session for older adults every Wednesday with teas, coffees and a quiz or game from 11am. This is followed by chair-based exercise getting everyone moving for the week. We also finish with a good game of Boccia or similar games too. If you’d like to join us then feel free to turn up on the day or you can sign up online here.
