Facilities
Situated in the heart of Fulham, Sands End Arts & Community Centre has a large hall, meeting room and the Lodge for hire. The café area can also be hired either separately or in connection with events in the main hall. Venue hire at the centre is available seven days a week between 9am to 10pm.
Our Cafe can also provide a range of catering options for events and parties held at the centre. Please email dutyofficer@seacc.uk and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss our packages and prices.

Hall
180m²
Our main hall is ideal for a range of larger formal and informal events and parties, whilst boasting acoustics that make it the perfect rehearsal and performance space for music and theatre groups.
Meeting room
25m²
This bright and airy room is ideal for small classes, after school clubs, staff/team meetings, pre-school activities and one to one sessions.
Lodge
24m² (ground floor) and 12m² (first floor)
A quirky, highly flexible art and exhibition space spread over two floors with kitchen facilities, this unique part of the centre can also be used for exercise classes and corporate awaydays.
