Fulham Memories Wednesday Club is 1 hour 30 minutes of fun games and activities including chair-based physical activity.

A guided session for older adults every Wednesday with teas, coffees and a quiz or game from 11am. This is followed by chair-based exercise getting everyone moving for the week. We also finish with a good game of Boccia or similar games too.
