Annual Charity Fundraiser 2025 Success!

We’re absolutely delighted to share that our annual fundraising event, Music, Magic & Mayhem, was a great success – raising over £5,000 for Sands End Arts & Community Centre!
Sands End Arts & Community Centre invites you to join us on Saturday 6 May to watch the King’s Coronation together and enjoy a free afternoon tea.
We are holding a special Coronation event for the local community and do hope that you will join us.
Walnut Tree Cafe will be open as usual from 8.30am to 5pm and the television will be on all day, so you can watch the proceedings at any point. From 2pm to 4pm, we’ll be serving afternoon tea, which is free, including sandwiches, scones and cake.
If you fancy toasting the new King, Prosecco will be available on Saturday 6 May only at a special coronation price of £5 a glass (normally £6). There will also be some activities for children.
Special Coronation cup cakes will be for sale over the bank holiday weekend too.
